This graph is an attempt for a "quick&dirty, simplified, one size fits almost all" recipe that may keep your plants alive and in reasonably good condition.
It does NOT list any rules for the exception species (optica, pseudotruncatella, keeping in mind the extremely diverse/divergent climate conditions in the Lithops territory) nor does it provide info on how to observe your plants in order to be able to give them the best care based on local situations that may occur and which could force the owner do do something divergent from what is suggested in the graphs.
That falls under "gained experience and cultivation skill", acquired after having done as suggested in these graphs. ... and please: read the caption text?
I also suggest that you compare this with "My growing season" listed in the "Navigation Menu" at the right side of the blog.
You can click the graph to get a larger version to view.
